GMS Regular Season Make up Policy

Make up classes are for students who have extended absences. Please review our policy below:

  • Make up classes are only offered to those students who miss HALF or MORE of thier classes in the month
  • Students may not make up SINGLE missed classes dut to conflicts, scheduling, illness etc.
  • If requests are approved and classes are available, there will be a Make up Token in your parent portal account. You may register for any open class using your token.
  • Make up requests will be reviewed at the end of the month. No request will be confirmed  until the month is over. We do not offer tokens for PROJECTED absences.

Summer Class Make up Policy

Should you miss classes during the summer sessions, you may contact the office and schedule a make up class in any available class of the same level. This applies for Recreational Students only.
