Intermediate Gymnastics

Designed to build strength, confidence and mastery of basic skills in addition to learning
intermediate gymnastics skills on all events.
Alpha 2 -Beta 1 : Intermediate Level
The Intermediate program is perfect for gymnasts who have had prior instruction and have learned the fundamentals of gymnastics on all four events. The Intermediate program consists of Beta 1 and Beta 2 levels. Gymnasts in these levels may be chosen for team and pre-team grouping.
